CHIVIQUE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). CHIVIQUE reserves the right to change prices without notice. Product images of physical items are for illustration and may slightly differ from the actual product. Images of digital products show the real files.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud or errors in pricing and, for physical products, stock issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Payments

Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking. Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible physical orders only; digital products require online payment. All transactions are secured via SSL encryption.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered by email after successful payment and are licensed for your personal use only. You may keep and print them for your own planning; you may not resell, share or republish them. Refunds and replacements for digital products are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy. Digital products are educational resources and do not guarantee income, customers or profit.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of CHIVIQUE and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

CHIVIQUE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchase of products, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
