Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery across India takes 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery to remote areas may take up to 10-12 business days.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above Rs.999. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below Rs.999.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email and/or phone number once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.

Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to high demand periods, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. CHIVIQUE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.
