Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 5-8 business days across India. Processing takes 1-2 business days before shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.999. Orders below this amount have a flat shipping fee.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. You can also visit our Track Order page or contact us at support@chivique.com with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email support@chivique.com with your order ID.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount is credited to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

Is it safe to shop on CHIVIQUE?
