We want you to love every purchase from CHIVIQUE. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Digital products (for example, The Home Business Launch Toolkit)

Digital products are files delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped and nothing is returned.

Change of mind

Because the files cannot be returned once delivered, we do not give automatic refunds for a change of mind after the files have been delivered to you.

When we will put it right

We will provide an appropriate remedy (fixing the problem, replacing the files, or refunding your payment) if:

  • you were charged but the download did not reach you;
  • a file is damaged, incomplete or will not open, after you have tried the PDF in a PDF reader and the workbook in Microsoft Excel on Windows;
  • you received a product different from the one you ordered, or one that is materially different from how we described it on the product page; or
  • you were charged more than once for the same order.

How to ask

Please email support@chivique.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description (a screenshot helps). Seven days is the reporting window we prefer so that we can help quickly; it does not limit any right you have under the law. We reply within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.

Refunds

We will initiate approved refunds to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. How long your bank, card or UPI provider then takes to credit the amount depends on that provider.

Software

The workbook was tested in Microsoft Excel on Windows (desktop). We have not tested Excel for the web, Excel for Mac, Google Sheets or phone spreadsheet apps, and the product page says so; this limit alone is not a defect. The printable worksheets inside the PDF work without any software.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
