Return Window

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Not damaged due to customer misuse

The following are not eligible for return: items marked as Final Sale, perishable goods, and personal hygiene products.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@chivique.com with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email support@chivique.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
